PGA Championship 2025: Who are the happy guests of the final field at Quail Hollow?

The quasi-define list of PGA Championship 2025 players is now known and it has some surprises in store. As expected, Matthieu Pavon will be well at the start. Victor Perez is one of the first reservists.

The PGA of America unveiled a list of 154 players from PGA Championship 2025which will be disputed from May 15 to 18 in Quail Hollow.

Two places still remain to be allocated: they will go to the winners of Truist Championship one you ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic. If these players are already qualified, the places will then be allocated to the first players on the list of replacements, where appear Patrick Fishburn, Rico Hoey, Michael Thorbjornsen, Victor Perez et Alex Smalley. Patrick Fishburn, currently first reserve, should also integrate the field following the announced package of Billy Horschel.

With his 61st place in the world ranking, Matthieu Pavon received a special invitation from the PGA of America.

Currently 109th in the world, Victor Perez is the best classified player who is not in the list. He will have to count on a last -minute withdrawal to hope to participate.

Some other players like Ricky Fowlerwhich is currently 125th in the world, have received invitations at the last minute.

The PGA of America also surprised by opening the door to many more or less deserving players Life golf : Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia, Joaquin Niemann, Tom McKibbin et David Puig have all received a special invitation, while Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Jon rahm, Tyler Hatton, Cameron Smith et Phil Mickelson are qualified as an office thanks to their performances spent in major or their global ranking.

The field of the PGA Championship 2025 is still promised to be one of the most raised of the year, and promises a fierce battle between the best players in the world, all circuits combined.
