Flick’s Barcelona will have a very special supporter at San Siro—beyond the 4,000 Barça fans who will be giving their all from the stands.
Former team captain Sergi Roberto, now playing for Como, announced on the Jijantes Twitch channel that he won’t miss the semifinal.
Speaking on the show alongside Marc Crosas, who joined from Mexico, the midfielder expressed his full confidence in the team: “I’m 100% confident in this squad.”

-He believes, “Inter will definitely come out pressing high, but Barça will dominate possession. Inter isn’t uncomfortable sitting back, but since they’re playing at home and the second half in Barcelona went well for them, they’ll look to press.”
From Inter’s point of view, the key question is “how they plan to stop Lamine—we’ll see whether they use a third center-back or a midfielder.”
Reflecting on Barça’s recent disappointments in Europe—especially in Rome and Liverpool—Sergi Roberto sees the current situation as very different:
“When you’re in a positive flow, everything goes in; when things go badly, nothing does. Subconsciously, in these kinds of matches, if you’ve had bad experiences, they score one goal and you start thinking, ‘uh-oh, here we go again.’”
He concluded, “The mind can really mess with you. But these young guys haven’t lived through those kinds of nights.”
