The city of Chambéry, Grand Chambéry and the local Lunabee Studio company unite their strengths to launch trumpe ‘, a mobile application which brings together, in one and the same space, all the cultural, sports and leisure events offered on the territory.
Available from May 5, 2025 on iOS and Android, this first version comes in the full -scale test phase with the general public.
Trumpe ‘is based on data from the Apidae national platform, specializing in the dissemination of tourist information. By centralizing all the events in the territory, the application allows easy and easy access to information. Whether you are looking for a show, a sporting competition or another event, trumpet ‘helps you easily identify what is going on around you.

A transparent, inclusive and turned digital common to the general interest
Thought from the outset as a common digitalthe trumpe application ’embodies an open cooperation approach between public and private actors. The project was born in continuity of the forum Digital in common (s)organized in September 2024, which gave the impetus to a collective dynamic around the creation of digital tools at the service of the general interest.
The development of the application has been entrusted to Lunabee studyChambérienne company recognized in the digital field, in particular for its contribution to the development of the ALLANTICVIVE application. Together, the partners opted for an innovative model, based on the transparency, sharing and opening of the source code. This approach allows other territories to appropriate the tool, to adapt it and to contribute to its continuous improvement.
This model breaks with traditional proprietary solutions by allowing a diversified community of developers, users and stakeholders to contribute to the source code. He comes to offer an alternative to the closed world of major technological players (GAFAM). This innovative approach makes it possible to respond to contemporary challenges in a more agile and collaborative way, while ensuring optimal use of public resources.
A collaborative project that is written with you
The launch of trumpe ‘marks the opening of an experimental phase at the local level. The inhabitants of Chambéry and its agglomeration are warmly invited to test the application, to share their uses, their remarks and their suggestions directly via the interface. These feedback will be essential to develop the tool and adapt it as best as possible to the needs of all.
Over the next few months, several communication and mobilization actions will lead the user community and support this pilot phase. An in -depth evaluation is already provided within 18 months in order to measure the results, to identify the areas for improvement and to consider a larger -scale deployment. The long -term objective: to make trumpe ‘a real digital common, open and replicable in other territories.
