Here we are in front of an original apartment. We would say that it is a large, atypical 47m2 studio but with its surface area and plan, we could almost qualify it as a two-room apartment, or a mini loft. On one side a living room and bedroom space in an alcove opening onto a sunny balcony, on the other a kitchen with a dining room, plus a large entrance and a bathroom. Add to this a double orientation which allows it to be luminous throughout the day.

This apartment, located in Malmö in the south of Sweden, has also been decorated with color, in this case, a deep green, to bring a touch of nature to the city. And that alone could take it out of the ordinary. A parquet floor completes this base, which forgets to be too neutral and transforms this large studio into a reassuring cocoon.
