From scholarship student to millionaire. Since May 16, Émilien, the champion of 12 shots of noon, has a prize pool having exceeded one million euros in winnings and gifts. Present for more than eight months in the daily front page program, the 21 year old young man however, had to put a slight brake on his history studies in order to fully concentrate on his adventure with Jean-Luc Reichmann. On the sidelines of an interview given to Tele-LeisureJessica’s boyfriend, however, lifted the lid on her future at university.

Originally from Péault in Vendée, Émilien moved to Toulouse to pursue his studies. With the pace imposed by the filming, the 21-year-old has however had to spend a lot of time in Paris in recent weeks. “I couldn’t take my first exams in January, it was a filming period. For other exams, I was also at the recordings“, he begins by conceding. Surprised himself by the longevity of his career, the young man with round glasses had not planned an alternative. “I completed all my first semester classes, but I couldn’t take my exams. It was complicated to follow them afterwards“, he continues.

Truly stimulated and passionate by what he learns at the University, Émilien does not see himself giving up his studies permanently, despite a now well-filled bank account. “I’m going to repeat my year. I could validate it with the catch-ups, but I want to take them seriously again“, he says, showing rare maturity. “I gave everything to fully experience the show, as it’s something that only happens once and I know that this superb parenthesis will end. For next year and for the future, I prefer to repeat“, he concludes.
