US federal employees are urged to speak out against colleagues working on diversity, inclusion and equality issues. Those who do not comply over the next ten days face “serious threats”

This Monday, upon his arrival at the White House, Donald Trump signed an executive order which aims to put an end to the “mandates, policies, programs, preferences and activities of the federal government in matters of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, whatever their name.”
The goal: “to end discrimination based on ‘diversity, equity and inclusion’ in the federal workforce, as well as in federal government contracts and spending,” according to the White House.
Threats of “negative consequences”
“Employees working in diversity programs, which Trump ordered closed, will be suspended by Wednesday evening,” the White House spokesperson confirmed the next day, Caroline Leavitton the social network

Contacted by NBC News, the White House did not specify the nature of the “consequences” for the employees concerned.
