Our clientele is generally quite VIP (business leaders, personalities, wealthy tourists, etc.), which is why we treat each client as someone special. For Le Majestic, we have about half couples and half families. The average length of stay is one week but this can vary from 2/3 days – especially with the arrival of good weather – up to two months during the summer holidays. The large proportion of families who come to stay in our establishment has also led us to develop a premium Kids Clubwhere children are welcomed by ambassadors for personalized treatment (tour of the premises) and whom they then meet during the various workshops and activities (skiing, swimming pool, cooking, etc.).
Finally, it is nice to see that our clientele is transgenerational and that some children who came with their parents are now returning with their own children. All the more reason to modernize the service provided, in a non-presumptuous approach, which corresponds more to the expectations of younger generations.
