Events happened quickly. At 8.25am a serviceman was thrown from his horse on Buckingham Palace Road, two minutes later two people were injured by other equines in Belgravia Square. At 8.35am, another person was injured at the Chancery Lane junction. It was not until 8:40 a.m. that they were all picked up by the police. Two of them are in critical condition according to Defense Minister James Cartlidge. “All the horses have been recovered. Three of them are fine but unfortunately two are in a relatively serious condition and we will obviously monitor them,” he told Sky News. Seeing the chaos in the city, Londoners questioned their presence and why they seemed so frightened.
