Finistère: patches of ice possible
[7 h] “The roads are dry in the north, but be careful in areas usually at risk,” warns the Department of Roads and Travel Infrastructure of the Finistère Departmental Council. Users are also urged to exercise extreme caution in the south-east where temperatures are negative and the roads are wet in the south-east. The areas most affected are around Douarnenez, Quimper, Morlaix and the southern coast.

Côtes d’Armor: traffic is difficult over a large part of the department
[7 h] “Traffic is difficult over a large part of the department, where we are observing negative temperatures and the formation of occasional patches of ice on the road network which make the roads locally slippery. At daybreak, this phenomenon could increase with the presence of fog which could be icing,” warns the departmental council.
Salting operations on the main road network were launched at 4 a.m. this Monday morning. They are currently continuing in the sectors concerned. Users are called to be extremely vigilant towards Saint-Brieuc, Lamballe, Loudéac, Guingamp and Lannion.

[7 h] Several sections of roads are likely to be slippery east of Rennes, particularly around Vitré, Janzé and La Guerche-de-Bretagne.
