An opening to Douai (59) and another to Saint-Quentin (02) : enough to allow Screwfix, the DIY brand aimed at professionals from the Kingfisher group, to now have 30 stores in France. These new points of sale strengthen the brand's territorial network in Hauts-de-France: 20 of the 30 counters are in fact located there.
Ten stores opened in twelve months
The first, for the record, opened in November 2022 in Wattrelos (59) and the brand reached the milestone of 20 units just a year ago, in January 2024. In short: Screwfix will have opened ten counters in twelve months , which is a very good pace but is still nothing if we have in mind the ambitions displayed by Christian Mazauric, the general director of Screwfix France, namely 600 storeseventually.
15,000 references
Respectively located on a total surface area of 858 m² and 452 m², the Douai and Saint-Quentin stores, like their predecessors, offer around 15,000 references to professionals, tool products, hardware, paint, work clothing, plumbing and electricity.
