Severance – Saison 2

2022 was marked by the release of Severance on Apple TV+. The series created by Dan Erickson and produced by Ben Stiller was unanimously appreciated by spectators. With a polished aesthetic, a captivating storyline, exciting themes, mastered staging as well as excellent actors, Severance is undoubtedly one of the best series of recent years.
We follow Mark Scout, an employee of Lumon Industries who works on confidential projects, so confidential that he had to undergo a somewhat unusual surgical procedure (like his colleagues). The aim of this operation is to separate professional life from personal life. Simply put, when Mark arrives at work, he no longer knows who he is outside of the office. Likewise, when he returns home, Mark has no idea what he does with his work days. The arrival of Helly R. in the offices of Lumon Industries, who does not understand this dissociation and tries to rebel, upsets the fragile balance of the company.
Dystopian and gloomy, Severance is a nugget. Its second season promises to be just as thrilling and captivating, promising a focus on characters outside of Lumon Industries. It will consist of 10 episodes in total. The first two episodes of season 2 of Severance will be available Friday January 17, 2025 on Apple TV+. Then, you will have to settle for one episode each week until March 10.

Daredevil : Born Again
When Netflix arrived in our green lands around ten years ago, its original programs could be counted on the fingers of one or two hands. Among them, there were several Marvel series and they were in the heyday of the streaming platform. In 2015, Daredevil et Jessica Jones allow Netlix to establish itself in the hearts of the French. But three years later, Marvel ended its partnership with the red N following its acquisition by Disney. After cancellations, Netflix’s Marvel series ended up leaving the platform’s catalog in 2022.
Disney has been planning to bring the superhero Daredevil back to the small screen for a while. We had to be patient but that’s it, Charlie Cox will don the superhero/lawyer costume from Hell’s Kitchen in 2025. Daredevil : Born Again will be broadcast from 4 mars 2025 on Disney+ and will include 12 episodes. This new series should follow the third season of the old Netflix production even if we imagine that we can expect several changes. In addition to Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio will reprise his role as Wilson Fisk, which is a good omen.

The Last of Us – Saison 2
Two years after the broadcast of the first season, The Last of Us is finally back on the small screen. This adaptation of the video game The Last of Us managed to convince fans of the video game license and newbies alike. In this post-apocalyptic world, a mysterious fungus infects humans and makes them particularly aggressive. Joel tries to survive by all means, but his daily life changes when he crosses paths with young Ellie. Forced to cross what remains of the United States together, the two protagonists will have to face the infected and hostile survivors…
Following the video game saga, this second season of The Last of Us will take place five years after the events of the first round of episodes and will only adapt part of the second opus, which is much denser.
The first trailer focuses on Abby, a new character who will be essential in this new batch of episodes. If we are still waiting for a precise release date, we already know that season 2 of The Last of Us will come out in avril 2025 to MAX.

Zero Day
If we wait for the series Zero Day eagerly, that’s because it’s the very first series in Robert De Niro’s monumental career. Accompanied by Angela Bassett and Jesse Plemons, the actor plays George Mullen, a very popular former American president. While he is retired, the latter must return to the field to lead a commission charged with investigating a devastating global cyber-attack.
Zero Day is sold as an exhilarating and gripping thriller: does the greater threat come from a foreign power or from within? We can also expect a multitude of twists and turns. This is definitely a series that should mark the year. To be found February 20, 2025 sur Netflix.
A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms
After House of the Dragon, Game of Thrones enjoy a new spin-off with A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Between the two, it plunges us into an era where the Targaryen line still holds the famous Iron Throne. This is how a naive but courageous young knight and his squire friend will face powerful enemies and dangerous adventures…
This spin-off promises to be lighter than Game of Thrones et House of the Dragon but it’s not necessarily unpleasant. In any case, we can’t wait to see the result. For the moment, no official release date has been announced but it is rumored that A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms could come out spring 2025.

Stranger Things – Saison 5
We could almost forget it, but season 5 of Stranger Things is expected for 2025. This fifth season will also be the last. A final meeting in Hawkins which we left in a difficult situation. The finale of season 4 did not bode well. For this last lap, we must expect a jump in time, in particular for a story of coherence with the actors who visibly grow up. And we suspect that key characters will not be spared, and that some will die.
If we already know that the conclusion of Stranger Things will take place in 2025, we have no additional information. But we can count on Netflix to quickly give us a precise release date as well as a first trailer in the coming weeks…
The Agency
The Agency has caused a lot of ink to flow. This is not without reason: this series is produced by George Clooney and it is an American remake of one of the best French series, namely The Legends Office.
The first two episodes are directed by Joe Wright (Pride and Prejudice ; Come back to me) and offers a 5-star cast. Michael Fassbender (The Killer), Jeffrey Wright (Westworld), Jodie Turner-Smith (The Acolyte), Richard Gere (Pretty Woman) or even Hugh Bonneville (Downton Abbey) are there.

Asterix and Obelix: the battle of the leaders
This year, Alain Chabat offers us an adaptation of an emblematic volume of comics Asterix by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. Wednesday – Season 2
When it was released, Wednesday broke many records. It is therefore logical that its season 2 is awaited by many spectators. If the first season did not win the hearts of the editorial staff, Tim Burton’s production still had a small effect on Netflix, putting The Addams Family up to date.
