Bérénice is at her worst. Constance advises him to call Carla to explain, but she refuses. Constance reminds him that Carla is going through a difficult time but that she loves him. Teyssier pushes Bérénice to return to the kitchen to forget Carla, to the great dismay of his wife who accuses him of putting pressure on her.
Alice slept with Gaëtan, but in her own sleeping bag. She asks him if he is falling in love with her because he watches her sleep. He denies. She tells him that she spoke to Hortense about their relationship and tells her about the kama sutra to improve herself.
Emy arrives and announces to her brigade, just before the service, that she wants to offer a new recipe with eel. Mehdi refuses to cut them into fillets but is forced to accept because of his promise during the week of “yes” to Tom and Quentin.
Carla interrupts Malik and Bérénice's discussion. She assures Bérénice that she did not want to make her suffer and that she slept with Souleymane because they were drunk. Bérénice loses her temper when she discovers that the young man was still in Carla's room when she went to see her. She tells Carla that she disgusts her.
Teyssier discovers Carla's cheating
Souleymane tells Jim about sleeping with Carla and feeling bad for Bérénice. Gaspard crosses them and provokes Souleymane who hits him in the face.
Anaïs and Vic are surprised to see Alice in the early morning in the roommate's kitchen. The teacher admits to them that she is sleeping with Gaëtan, giving embarrassing details. She asks them not to say anything.
Teyssier summoned Souleymane and Gaspard to talk about their argument. The first refuses to explain why he hit his rival. When Teyssier talks about his night with Carla, Souleymane ends up saying that Gaspard blackmailed him to get the first year exam papers. Gaspard accuses him of lying. Teyssier halves their next note and warns Gaspard that if he has been blackmailed, he will be fired.
In the middle of service, Teyssier asks Mehdi to be Bérénice's clerk for the log. Mehdi has to say yes. He is also tasked, by Tom and Quentin, with discussing last minute card changes with Emi.
Joachim surprises Gaëtan reading the kama sutra. He tells her about his relationship with Alice and their discussion. He admits to her that he likes her because she is surprising and very cash. But he would like to talk more with her.
Teyssier summoned Marc, Angèle and Rose to talk about the accusations of blackmail and cheating. Marc assures that he is not aware of anything and specifies that he sent the subject to Olivia and Angèle. Angèle denies having given the subject to her niece because she needs this work too much. Rose assures that she would never have done that as a supervisor. Marc thinks that Garspard would never have cheated because he is a good student. When Teyssier announces that it was Souleymane who warned him, Rose is uncomfortable. Teyssier announces that he does not see Antoine's son inventing such a story. But he's not going to do anything because there have already been too many scandals at the institute. He asks them to sort out their family affairs.
Carla leaves the Here it all begins institute
Emi confronts Mehdi at the end of the service to find out why he dared to take her back in the middle of a gunshot. He explains to her that changing the recipes at the last minute is too complicated and he offers her another organization which she accepts without problem. She thanks him for his frankness.
Angèle confirms to Rose that Carla no longer answers her. She is surprised to see that Rose knew about the cheating. Rose explains that she didn't say anything so as not to hurt Carla. She assures that she does not wish him harm. Angèle sends him off by talking about Raphaël again.
Hortense is surprised when Alice tells her that she slept at Gaëtan's house and that she is preparing a pie for him. She thinks they are getting intimate.
Teyssier comes to the Workshop to see the progress of the log. He is surprised not to see Bérénice. Mehdi explains to him that she left because she felt bad. He offers to taste his preparations and warns him that he worked from the recipe cards because he did not have the latest brief. Teyssier is seduced by his cooking and decides to let him manage the log alone.
Rose can't cook with Marc. She admits to him that she knew about the blackmail but that Carla didn't want to hear anything. She explains why she did not denounce Angèle. They come closer and kiss. Bérénice interrupts them and announces that Carla has left the roommate, announcing that she wants to leave the institute.
