Tomorrow Belongs to Us: Summary of the episode of November 28, 2024

Valentine discovers who her stall neighbor is at the Christmas Market

At the Christmas market, Bruno and Alex set up their oyster sales stand. Nathan’s father takes the opportunity to thank Alex for offering to work there during the holidays. Bruno appears confident. He is convinced of having sales skills and of surpassing Chloé’s sales figures from last year. Alex is doubtful. They then decide to bet: the loser will have to clean all the pools for a month. Bruno sees Valentine, who is busy installing the Little Spoon. Seeing that she is overwhelmed, he chooses to lend her a hand. Valentine wonders about the identity of her neighbor at the stand and ends up realizing that it is Victor Brunet. She is disappointed.

A little later, Timothée visits his father who is struggling to sell bottles of wine from his estate. The young man points out to Victor that the Little Spoon attracts more customers with its mulled wine. In addition, he believes that Valentine is a much better saleswoman than her father, because she is more cheerful and pleasant. Timothée thinks his father should have kept her at the estate, because she was a valuable asset. Victor retorts that he never regrets his decisions. He ends up recognizing that direct selling doesn’t really suit him, but that he had no other option, his salesman having let him down. Timothée then advises his father to change his outfit because he is not sufficiently in the Christmas market theme with his two-piece suit.

In the evening, Valentine, Alex and Bruno discuss their day and are delighted that Victor has had so few visits to his stand.

The choir is struggling to get set up

At high school, Lizzie has a group of students practice vocals who will perform in front of the high school association’s stand at the Christmas market. Mia enters the room. She is surprised not to have been informed that rehearsals had already started. Lizzie admits to the teenager that they weren’t very convinced by her performance. Mia takes this remark badly and responds by leaving: “Good luck, because apparently, I’m not the only one singing out of tune. “.

For the Lehauts, it’s time for nostalgia. François shows his father the trophy he won in a singing competition in primary school. Then, he talks about his time at the Conservatoire. Alain remembers that he listened discreetly behind the door to follow his progress. He regrets that François has stopped music. Meanwhile, Octave admits to his sister that she does indeed sing badly. He points out that she has a hidden talent that could interest the choir.

Sébastien’s vital prognosis is in jeopardy

At Saint-Clair hospital, Raphaëlle and her daughters have been waiting for several hours for news about Sébastien, who is currently on the operating table. Martin and Nordine are also present. Anxiety grows, especially among Maud, who fears possible complications. Raphaëlle tries to comfort her daughters. At that moment, Aaron approaches them. He tells them that the bullet had grazed his heart. A massive blood transfusion was necessary, and they decided to keep Sébastien in an artificial coma. His vital prognosis remains serious. Aaron specifies that Sébastien is in the resuscitation room. Raphaëlle and her daughters go to his bedside. Aaron gives Martin the bullet he was able to remove during the operation. He also specifies that Sébastien has marks on his wrists, probably due to ties, as well as a clear cut on his right palm, undoubtedly caused by a knife. According to Aaron, the injury was several days old.

Raphaëlle is alone at Sébastien’s bedside when Chloé comes to join her to give her support. She explains to her friend that Nordine brought her daughters home because they were tired. Chloé suggests that she do the same, but Raphaëlle cannot bring herself to leave her father alone. Chloé insists and promises to call him if there is a problem.

At the police station, the scientific police examined the bullet that injured Sébastien, it was a nine millimeter caliber. Damien informs Martin and Karim that the shooter did not shoot at the place where the prosecutor was found. No traces of blood or powder residue were detected at the scene. On the other hand, Michel Prado’s phone was discovered on site. In addition, a GPS beacon fell from Sébastien’s jacket when he was transferred to the hospital by Samu. However, it was connected to Prado’s phone. This is why Martin asks Raphaëlle to search through his belongings and those of his daughters to see if they find any other tags of this type.

Meanwhile, Zack has gathered his things and heads to the bus station. He’s nervous. He receives a text from Camille in which she writes to him that his grandfather is alive, but in a coma. Zack takes the blame and ultimately stays in Sète.

Martin and Karim give an update on Michel Prado. Martin thinks that someone is walking them and that this same person made a cut on Sébastien so that he bleeds in order to stain Prado’s shirt with his blood. They come to the conclusion that an individual is trying to frame Agnès’ husband for Sébastien’s kidnapping. Night has fallen on Sète. Camille discreetly joins Zack in the street. She admits to him that she wasn’t very nice to him and that she is happy to see him again, because she missed him. Zack suggests she spend the evening at his place and promises to bring her back in the early morning without anyone noticing. Camille allows herself to be convinced and tells him: “You are completely crazy”. Zack retorts: “Yes, you have no idea”…
