Indeed, in a few days, Eve lies to the police during her interrogation and struggles to convince Yann.

She pretends to take long walks at night because she suffers from insomnia! When Yann tells her about his t-shirt apparently stained with blood in the video surveillance camera images, Eve refuses to speak and asks to leave. Yann places her in police custody, Eve calls her lawyer, Claudine.
At the police station, Claudine speaks with Eve and points out to her that her explanation does not seem credible. She adds that the police doubt her version and suspect her of hiding the truth. Encouraged by her lawyer, Eve admits to having witnessed Curtis' murder, but then she invents a story according to which she had a meeting with the trafficker to buy cocaine.
Yann and Alex do not believe this new version and suspect Eve of protecting Eliott. Clément asks that she be placed in police custody and that Manu be informed. Alex warns his best friend, who decides to urgently return to Montpellier. On his return, Clément informs Manu that Eve witnessed the murder of a drug dealer and that she lied to them. Manu assures that his partner does not use drugs and that she is not a murderer. He wants to see her but Clément refuses.

Meanwhile, Yann goes to Muriel and Eliott. He asks Eliott to calmly follow him for interrogation…
