Here everything starts in advance: Benoit doesn’t want to hurt Emi
Lionel tells Emi that he has known Delobel since he was 14, he does not believe he could have pushed someone to suicide.
Emi (Loryn Nounay) came to the institute because she knew that Delobel was going to become interim head. Jasmine wonders if she will make her father's letter and text messages public.
Carla (Aaricia Lemaire) tries to teach Coline the art of colors so that she can better master dressage. But things quickly become tense, Coline slams the door.
Olivia wants Benoit's masterclass suspended
Lionel and Jasmine come to see Delobel to deliver Emi to them. Benoit says he had nothing to do with Chief Saneka's suicide. He says he can't tell them everything because it would destroy Emi.
Benoit decides to talk to Emi: he tells her that he admired his father. He started with him as a clerk and he put his first creation on the menu.

Sabri confesses his secret to Leonard about his arm injury: he injured himself so he could stop playing.

During Clotilde's class, Coline offers the rough presentation, it lacks finesse… even if the taste is there. She has 12/20.

Olivia (Virginei Calieri), Antoine and Clotilde ask Teyssier to stop Benoit Delobel's masterclass. Teyssier promises that he will talk to Benoit, but he wants to hear his version.
Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) invites Delobel to his garden for coffee. Benoit confides to Emmanuel that Saneka stole recipes from him and other clerks. Teyssier thinks that this former clerk must be exposed…but Delobel thinks that it will destroy Emi. Teyssier does not want Benoit to let this happen. Benoit Delobel thinks he will return to his Beaumont hotel.

Quentin (Tristan Bownles) reveals to Emi that her father stole her dish when he was a clerk. Quentin tells Emi “you have to face the truth, your father was a crook”
