This Saturday, October 5, April will represent Patrick Fiori’s team in the final of The Voice Kids 2024. In an interview given to Tele-Leisurethe candidate revealed that she refused to participate in the casting of a famous France 2 game.
Launched on August 17 on TF1, season 10 of The Voice Kids is coming to an end. This Saturday, October 5, four talents will compete in the tele-hook final, which will be partially broadcast live on the front page. Lara Fabian’s team will be represented by Tim, Claudio Capéo’s by Louis, Slimane’s by Coline and Patrick Fiori’s by April. At only 12 years old, April already shows great maturity and has moved many viewers by talking about her daily life with a brother with a disability. Before attempting the adventure The Voice Kidsthe teenager had already almost participated in two children’s singing shows, as she revealed in an interview with Tele-Leisure.

Passionate about singing since her childhood, April had considered participating in Dream Teama TF1 show in which six artists (Jenifer, Black M, Matt Pokora, Claudio Capéo, Camille Lellouche and Lara Fabian) supervised young children who competed in music. “I did the casting but I was not selected”she revealed to us. Prior to this experience, April had been approached to participate in Don’t forget the childrenchildren’s version of Don’t forget the lyricswhere mini-maestros compete in musical duels. But the young girl ultimately refused to participate in the cult France 2 game presented by Nagui. “I was selected for the casting but I didn’t want to do it”she explained to us.

Reserved by nature, April did not expect to make it to the final of The Voice Kids. “I don’t realize it at all, it’s so incredible. I couldn’t even imagine doing The Voice Kids one day, I told myself not to believe it too much, that it would never happen. So being in the final is an accomplishment of everything.”the candidate told us, who only thinks well of Coline, Louis and Tim. “I love all three of them, they are some of the people I get along really well with. […] I’m not afraid of them but they are still very impressive because they all have a very different interpretation.” By taking the stage of The Voice Kids one last time, April hopes “reach the public”. “I want to give him a part of me. I hope he will help me realize my dream”she concludes.
