Laly Meignan has been shining in The Mysteries of Love for several years now but that is not the only string to her bow. The actress who we recently saw in Les Traitors, on M6, also has another equally fulfilling career that she exercises in a world-famous region, as she confided to Télé Star.

Last Thursday, August 15, M6 launched the third season of “Traitors“. Laly Meignan was one of the candidates for this new edition, the opportunity for the flagship actress of Mysteries of love to evolve in a role other than the one in which we are used to seeing her. The actress also spoke about this new experience to our colleagues at Match. “I don’t have at home (…) My first reaction was ‘it’s not really my thing’.I found it a very intelligent game, very fascinating (…). I did it to see if I would really play. So I left, I jumped”, she detailed. To our colleagues at Here isshe notably said more about what she does when she is not on our screens and on film sets. “People think I only do The Mysteries of Love. No, I’m a musician too, I have other activities with athletes, I also support children through sophrology”, Laly Meignan had specified.

And to add: I have been a sophrologist for several years and I work a lot with ADHD children, who have the autism spectrum, but also athletes and especially horse riders. These are my side activities and each time, I am told : ‘How does it feel to do something other than filming…
