Death of Fabienne Houde-Bastien: Vi Trung Ngo pleads guilty

The 47-year-old man who caused a violent collision causing the death of a woman who was walking on the street in Montreal in May 2023 pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to charges of impaired driving causing death.
