TRANSFERS Nainggolan returns to Belgium, Sahin transferred to Dortmund

The winter transfer window is in full swing and will close its doors at the beginning of February. To ensure you don’t miss anything, Footnews takes stock every day.

Jupiler Pro League

Radja Nainggolan returns to Belgium. He signed for Lokeren-Temse, in the Challenger Pro League. Aged 36, he has not played since his visit to Bhayangkara (Indonesia) last summer.

Ghent parted ways with Wouter Vrancken on Tuesday and must now look for a new coach. A first name mentioned as a possible successor is that of Karel Geraertsalthough questions are being asked about the feasibility of this option. It is also not excluded that interim Danijel Milicevic will remain in place.

Furthermore, the Buffalo’s continue to look for an attacker. Rwan Cruz would remain a priority, but Ludogorets still demands too high an amount and also rejected a second offer from Ghent. Alternatively, Ghent keeps Dante Vanzeir as an option. The latter would only cost 2 to 3 million euros, but he is also coveted by other teams.

Club Bruges could separate from Ferran Jutgla this winter. The Spanish striker recently found a starting place, but in Spain, Sevilla FC continues to look after him. In the last days of the transfer window, they could take action.

Bruges, however, seems on track to recruit Vince Osuji, a promising young defender. This arrival could lead to the departure of another player. Thus, questions arise again about the future of Jorne Spileers, who plays little this season. It is also possible that the arrival of Osuji is an anticipation of a departure of the highly coveted Joel Ordoñez, or the Zaid Romero, who has not yet established himself.

The Club is also looking for a winger to compensate for the departure of Andreas Skov Olsen. To Jan Breydel, the name ofIbrahim Adel, a 23-year-old Egyptian international playing for Pyramids FC, is mentioned. In recent days, he seemed close to a transfer to Getafe, but the Club would seek to move forward with this operation.

Tuesday evening, Anderlecht formalized its third winter recruit, the young Danish defender Lucas Heywho signed until 2029. With this defensive reinforcement, certain players could see their playing time reduced. Amando Lapage and Nunzio Engwanda seem unlikely to play and could consider a departure, temporary or permanent.
At Antwerp, another executive leaves the club. Jacob Ondrejka is preparing to finalize his transfer to Parma. The Swedish winger would bring 6.5 million euros to Antwerp, an amount which could rise to 8 million with bonuses.

Stranger

Manchester City has already formalized the arrivals of Vitor Reis and Abdukodir Khusanov, while awaiting that of Omar Marmoush. He now wants to bring in a midfielder. We’re talking about Douglas Luiz. In defense, Andrea Cambiaso (Juventus) could compensate for a departure from Kyle Walker to AC Milan.

Nuri Sahin was fired as head coach of Borussia Dortmund. The Bundesliga club announced this separation on Wednesday morning the day after the 2-1 defeat against Bologna in the Champions League. The current coach of the Borussia under-19 team, Mike Tullberg, will take over in the interim.

Hannes Delcroix could surprise with an unexpected transfer. Currently on the sidelines at Burnley, he was briefly linked with Standard, but could continue his career in . FC , which has already recruited Arnaud Bodart this winter, would like to rent him with an option to purchase.
