Sierem, a dynamic and responsive service provider recognized for its know-how with industrial groups in the aeronautics, food and new technology sectors, has been producing machined mechanical parts for more than thirty-five years. In 2017, coming from Codognan, she moved into new premises of 1,100 m² at the Montée rouge community center, in Vergèze.
Constantly evolving, the company and its fifteen employees with a technical profile related to machining, are improving its organization by implementing an ISO 9 001 Quality system. In fact, this company whose figure of business is around €1.8 million, is being digitalized through investment in new business software (CAD/CAM) and a planning tool: a robotic milling machine capable of loading different parts and controlling them via Its Topsolid ERP news.
This new organization will enable the creation of an innovative program, the automated machining of single parts. A real technological advance in its field, this will generate the hiring of five people over three years.
Grant of €100,000
The Region, by awarding a grant of €100,000, helped to accelerate the achievement of this important step forward. The latest generation automated machining cell associated with a 3D measuring arm will be installed at the end of February for commissioning at the end of March.
-For the directors, Guillaume Schincariol and Sébastien Martin, “this industrial installation corresponds to our vision of a machining workshop in ten years. It adapts to the profiles of new generations and must revitalize the interest of young people in the machining sector. An approach to welcoming trainees and apprentices has been in place for several years.”
