A man was hit by gunfire, a little before 4 a.m., during the night from Saturday to Sunday, at the entrance to the FaraNighta nightclub located at Montée du Commandant de Robien, in the Valentine district of Marseille (11th arrondissement), indicated to France 3 Provence-Alpes, this Sunday, January 19, the battalion of marine firefighters, confirming information from Provence.
-The victim, aged 37 and shot multiple times, was declared dead on the spot, according to the same source.
The nightclub bouncer was shot dead by a customer angry at having been turned away because of his behavior, according to police sources. The man went to his car, parked nearby. He recovered a long weapon there.
He returned to the scene and opened fire around ten times towards the entrance. The bullets passed through the door, hitting the employee in the head, according to the same source.
The shooter then fled in his car and is still being sought. An investigation was opened, entrusted to the Marseille judicial police.
