The man, expelled by the bouncer of the FaraNight nightclub, located in the 11th arrondissement of Marseille, returned armed in front of the nightclub and killed the employee with a bullet to the head before fleeing.
Aged 37, the victim died on the spot shortly before 4 a.m., firefighters said.
The investigation was entrusted to the judicial police.
