In an approach of inclusiveness, Olympique de announced this Saturday, January 18, that it was launching a special section for amputees, in association with the Thirteenth Man program. The players of this brand new team will be welcomed by Pablo Longoria before the match against tomorrow evening, at the end of the 18th day of Ligue 1.

Sponsored by former Olympian Romain Alessandrini, this promotion will play its first training session at the OM Campus this Sunday. “Football is the most popular sport there is, and as such, it is necessary that it remains accessible to everyone. In this regard, we are particularly proud to be the first Ligue 1 McDonald's club to have a football section for amputees.said Fabrizio Ravanelli in a statement released by the club.
