A stolen vehicle was injured during the night of Friday January 10 to Saturday January 11, in Veynes. Two minors were arrested while an investigation was opened.
Two minors were arrested after a car accident in Veynes (Hautes-Alpes), on the night of Friday January 10 to Saturday January 11, BFM DICI learned.
The damaged vehicle had been stolen shortly before the incident. On board, three minors, two of whom had been seen wearing hoods. This detail gave rise to a report to the Gap company gendarmerie who then chased the car.
The vehicle was quickly spotted by a military patrol in the Serres sector. The driver refuses to stop and flees. After the accident, two of the minors fled, the third was found in the back of the vehicle.

A second, who tried to hide in an adjoining wood, was then arrested. The driver of the vehicle managed to flee on foot.
