The first variety of Star Academy which will take place on Sunday January 19 will be particularly moving for Victoria Sénéchal, a young 23-year-old aspiring who has been in remission from cancer for two years, reports The Bag of Chips.

Victoria Sénéchal has always been passionate about singing, but a few years ago, illness forced her to take a break.

The young woman from Mascouche who is a singing teacher explained that it was during her cancer treatments that she lost the strength to sing: “I wanted to sing, but I didn’t want to do it. .. It really seems like the illness blocked me, like I couldn’t experience anything other than that at that moment. »

Victoria has been in remission for two years and to everyone’s happiness, she has started singing again.

In less than a week, she will be one of the 18 aspiring Academicians who will be on the stage of the first variety of Star Academy on Sunday January 19, live, on TVA.

We now wish Victoria that everything goes wonderfully, because only 14 places will be offered!

Let us remember that the daily Star Academy is presented Monday to Thursday, at 7:30 p.m., on TVA and on TVA+.
