Due to a suspected gas leak at the André-Malraux library, in the town center of Saint-Brieuc, traffic has been prohibited on half of the rue du 71e Régiment d’Infanterie since 5:45 p.m. this Tuesday 14 January.. The police block access from the intersection of rue de la Gare to the roundabout which leads to boulevard Clemenceau. The Champs square is closed to pedestrians. GRDF agents have been on site since 6:30 p.m.
