A two-person race is looming between former Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney and former Finance Minister Chyrstia Freeland for the leadership of the Liberal Party of Canada.
According to the Globe and Mail, Minister François-Philippe Champagne will not be in the race. Then, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mélanie Joly, already said she was not running.
