It was I who opened the first McDonald’s restaurant in Africa, in 1992 in Morocco. In 2004, the brand offered to buy the Castelsarrasin restaurant. It was there that I learned the franchise business and in 2014, we opened this restaurant in Valence. has a loyal clientele, residents of Deux-Rives, Pays de Serres or Lomagne but also people passing through. We are open 364 days a year because I used to close on December 25. , we are often the only restaurant open in Valence.”

Emmanuelle Boccardo follows in the continuity of her predecessor. “The transmission was very easy, very fluid.
