Chu is working on directing the sequel to Wickedwhile keeping an eye on Britney Spears fans and their desires for the upcoming feature film. “I’ve seen all the fan castings, and I always take them into consideration because maybe there’s a good idea in there”said Jon M. Chu. “But we’ll have to see what the film’s approach is before we know who the right person is for this role.” Nothing has been decided, but everything should be thought of to be as faithful as possible to the memories of the singer of Baby One More Time : “I’ve been a fan since I was young, and she was young, and she was one of 12 performers at the Shrine Auditorium.
