In the northern part

The department joins its neighbor in Seine-Maritimebut also the Pas-de-, the , the Oise and the North. But the sixth is cited for floods, while the first five are for snow and ice.

A “sufficiently notable” episode

According to Météo France, this part of the country is preparing to face a “non-exceptional winter episode but significant enough to make traffic conditions difficult”. Forecasters are also counting on a “significant flood risk to come on the middle Orne and downstream in Calvados”.
