When are EA FC 25 TOTY cards released?

No official date has yet been announced for the release of TOTY cards, but based on previous events, we expect the promotion to begin on Friday January 17, 2025. This prediction is supported by a leak from fifa_romania.

Like every year, TOTY cards will not all be available at the same time. Positions will be gradually added to packs before the full team is released. Here is the planned schedule based on the leaks:

  • Attackers: January 17
  • Midfield: January 19
  • Defenders + goalkeeper: January 21
  • Full team: January 23
  • 12th player: January 24

Additionally, previous editions of TOTY included a warm-up event a few days before the main promotion, allowing players to prepare packs through exclusive objectives and SBCs. According to leaks, this event would begin on January 14.

What to expect from the EA FC 25 TOTY?

The main draw of this event will be the two fan-voted TOTY teams. The players with the most votes will receive boosted blue cards, among the best in Ultimate Team mode, often considered essential until the end of the season.

An additional vote for a 12th player will also add cards for players who have moved closer to the main team, but still deserve recognition for their performances in 2024.

Finally, according to leaks, the TOTY Icons are making a return. These extremely rare cards will be added to packs alongside other TOTY cards. However, they are likely to be very expensive on the market.

We will update this page with the latest information on voting, nominations, winners and more.
