Almost a week after the discovery of this man’s body, the 49-year-old suspect, who was there, was placed in pre-trial detention. A judicial investigation has been opened on the charge of murder committed by a person under the influence of narcotics.

Five days later, the Marseille prosecutor’s office, which had launched an investigation, contacted an investigating judge who opened a judicial investigation into the charge of murder committed by a person under the influence of narcotics. The suspect was placed in pre-trial detention, Paris Match learned this Monday.

Last Tuesday, when Marseille firefighters arrived on the scene, they discovered the body in a state of rigor mortis. For the moment, the circumstances of his death still remain unknown, as does the link between the victim and the suspect.
