While the imminent return of Donald Trump to the White House could radically redefine the terms of American support for Kyiv, the Democratic president is distributing the billions, exhausting the budget lines at his disposal one by one. On Monday, December 30, Joe Biden announced a new – and perhaps final – package of military and economic aid to Ukraine, for a total amount of around 6 billion dollars (5.8 billion euros).
