Max Braunstein and Miles Mitchell, lookalikes of Glen Powell and Timothée Chalamet respectively, were on the red carpet at the 2025 Golden Globes.

Lookalike contests have been a real trend in recent months, prompting the organizers of the ceremony which took place in Beverly Hills to invite two of the most talked about winners: Miles Mitchell and Maxwell Braustein. You can rewatch images from their appearance on the red carpet below.

The first was elected a double of Timothée Chalamet in New York in October. Hundreds of people gathered and the police had to intervene to disperse those present, as no permit had been filed to organize the event. The real Timothée Chalamet also made a surprise appearance.
Selfies and red carpet
Max Braunstein was crowned in November, in a competition where Glen Powell’s own mother was a judge. The competition took place in Austin, Texas, the 36-year-old actor’s hometown. Max Braunstein won $5, a cowboy hat and a cameo in Glen Powell’s next film.
Before the Golden Globes ceremony, the pairs got together to take some photos. On the other hand, the real Glen Powell and Timothée Chalamet did not make an appearance together on the red carpet.
Glen Powell is nominated for best actor in a comedy or musical for his role in Hit Man. As for Timothée Chalamet, he is nominated for best actor in a dramatic film for his incarnation of Bob Dylan in the biopic about the singer titled A Complete Unknown.
