“One person was killed and four injured during an enemy air attack on the kyiv region,” said Mikola Kalashnik, acting governor of this Ukrainian region. The victim, “a truck driver”, was fatally hit by fragments of a drone shot down by Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense, according to the same source. Elsewhere in the region, four people were injured by falling drone debris, which notably fell on a house, the governor added.

On the same day, a man was killed by Russian rocket fire in the southern Ukrainian region of Zaporizhia, according to its governor, Ivan Fedorov. “A pensioner died, his wife was hospitalized with injuries,” he explained on Telegram.

Finally, on the Russian side, a Ukrainian mortar bombardment on the village of Kirillovka, in the border region of Bryansk, left one dead, announced its governor, Alexandre Bogomaz. “Ukrainian terrorists fired mortars at the village of Kirillovka (…) Unfortunately, the terrorist attack cost the life of a civilian,” he denounced.
