Firefighters from Vandoeuvre and Nancy Rives de Meurthe removed the lifeless body of a teenager from under a bus in Nancy rue Henri Poincaré on Friday January 3, 2025 at 4 p.m. An investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances of the tragedy.

Around fifteen firefighters assisted by the SAMU tried everything to save a 15-year-old teenager who probably passed under the wheels of a bus in Nancy on Friday January 3, 2025. Despite their efforts the teenager could not be resuscitated.
The events happened around 4 p.m. on rue Henri Poincaré, near the Excelsior restaurant in Nancy. The bus driver, shocked, was transported by emergency services to the central hospital. A police investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the death.
