Thriller master Harlan Coben returns to Netflix in 2025 with a new adaptation of his bestselling novel “I miss you” (“Missing You” en version originale).

Buried secrets that resurface
“I Miss You” follows the adventures of Kat Donovan, a detective whose life is turned upside down when she comes across the profile of her ex-fiancé, Josh, on a dating app. This man, who mysteriously disappeared eleven years earlier, had left Kat without any news. Her unexpected reappearance pushes her to reopen old wounds and explore mysteries that have long remained unsolved, notably surrounding the murder of her own father. With each revelation, Kat sinks deeper into a conspiracy that intertwines her past with secrets far greater than she imagined.

A leading cast
The series brings together a prestigious cast with actors recognized for their roles in drama and thriller series. Rosalind Eleazar (Slow Horses, Harlots) plays Kat Donovan, the protagonist, while Ashley Walters (Top Boy, Bulletproof) plays Josh Buchanan, the ex-fiance who mysteriously disappeared. Other members of the cast include Richard Armitage (Double Trap, Obsession) in the role of Ellis Stagger, and Sir Lenny Henry (The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power) in that of Clint Donovan, Kat’s father. Jessica Plummer, Steve Pemberton, and James Nesbitt complete the cast.

Although the precise date has not yet been announced, “I Miss You” will arrive on Netflix in 2025. Coben fans will still have to wait before discovering this long-awaited adaptation
