During the last community council, the delegates validated this implementation in conjunction with the ARS.

During their last council of the year, the delegates of the community of communes of Ténarèze (CCT) gave their approval to the implementation of a local health contract (CLS) for the territory.

This contract, undertaken with the support of the regional health agency (ARS), is part of the “Hospital, patients, health, territories” law establishing a new health and medico-social organization around four major areas including the modernization of public health establishments, improving access to care, prevention and public health, and the territorial organization of the health system.

Financial support from the ARS

Specified at the regional level, this policy intends to rely on the realities of the territories to offer a health policy adapted to the needs of the inhabitants. The CLS will therefore aim to reduce health inequalities, strengthen the coordination of local stakeholders and implement solutions for local health provision.
Four main themes were retained: health prevention, access to care, environmental health and mental health.

Running until 2028, the CLS will see its development, management and monitoring of its deployment entrusted to the CIAS de la Ténarèze. The ARS will provide financial support of €30,000 per year for the project.

According to the files on the agenda of the last community council, the elected officials of the territory also validated the outsourcing of the management of the Travelers area to a specialized company, for an amount of €62,000 per year . As President Boison recalled, this decision follows the incidents that occurred on the site at the end of the summer and will free up time for the agents who have been working there until now.
