Trosly-Breuil. Win a gold JO 2024 Mascot coin at the Atout’Heure bakery, with a cake

Laurence and Jean-Luc Crépin opened their bakery, restaurant “Atout’Heure”, located at 47 route de , in Trosly-Breuil, on October 3, 2014. Already 10 years old! They gave time, love and a lot of investment to create a place in their image. Laurence, who died on March 19 of this year, wanted to offer everything homemade with local and artisanal products. Today, Marie-Hélène, manager of the establishment, and Jalann, her daughter, want to continue Laurence’s concept.

Is everything homemade at home?
Yes indeed, and with local products provided by our artisans. We work with 2 market gardeners, “Les Jardins de Hautefontaine”, and “Le Grenier à Sel” in Compiègne. We make our natural sourdough to make all our breads.

The bakers Eymèrick, Hubert, Laurent and Valentin, offer you pancakes with collectible beans, and a gold Olympic 2024 mascot coin which will be hidden from January 6 to February 15.

What makes us different is that our customers have traditional, fresh and hot bread at all hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., hence the name of the establishment “Atout’Heure”. We also deliver to restaurateurs, such as the D’Tour, Le Bistrot de Flandres, in Compiègne, or even the Chalet du Lac and the Hôtel du Beaudon in Pierrefonds.

Is the decoration just magical this year?

La Boulangerie, Atout’Heure restaurant, welcomes you seven days a week and at all hours of the day, for your bakery or lunch purchases!

It’s a somewhat special year, 2024. It’s the 10th anniversary of the store, but above all, the first holidays without Laurence. We work together in a family atmosphere, and we wanted to pay homage to it by entrusting the decoration to Alix and Marie Cauffet, who in addition to being representatives of the Jardins de Hautefontaine, are decorators.

Are you going to hide a coin in a cake?
Our pancakes are made in-house by our team of bakers. This year we wanted each customer to find a pretty bean in their cake. We will offer 3 collections. The very first will be under the Disney image. We keep the surprise for the next two. And from January 6 to February 15, a numbered mystery coin will be slipped into one of our cakes. The lucky winner will have to come and collect their 2024 Olympic Mascot coin worth €250.

What is special about the restaurant?
Here you can have lunch at any time of the day, from Monday to Friday. Our cook offers you a different menu every day, concocted with seasonal and local products.

Open Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
