If you left the game “Who will be the liar?” under the tree? for your 10 year old nephew, you gave him what we call a failed gift. But you have nothing to do with it. Many users have, in fact, expressed their indignation on social networks after discovering questions aimed at an adult audience even though the box displays a minimum age of 7 years. The YouTuber and influencer Michou, who markets “Who will be the liar?” designed based on his videos, had himself promoted to his 5.24 million subscribers, a game that was “simple to understand, ideal for playing with friends, family or with new acquaintances”.

Saturday December 28, as the Huffington Post points out, Michou confirmed on The box will therefore be “removed from sale and a refund will be made to customers” who purchased it, he promises. The publisher, Topi Games, confirmed these refunds after recognizing “a manufacturing error in the content validation process”.

While many users, fans or not of the influencer, point out that the promotional video for the game before the holidays raised many questions relating to sexuality, Topi Games has exonerated Michou. The company, in a press release, said it understood “the indignation aroused by this incident and assumes total and complete responsibility for this error”. Withdrawn (…)
