On the bakery side, in addition to the classic and timeless frangipane pancakethe chefs offer an original version à la pistachio. Wrapped in the heart of a homemade inverted puff pastry with AOP Charente-Poitou butter, sprinkled with chopped pistachios, is a creamy French almond frangipane flavored with Italian pistachio paste and orange blossom.
