A first Christmas market at the Domaine de l’Herbe Sainte in Sallèles-d’Aude

This Monday, December 23, the very first Christmas market at Domaine de l’Herbe Sainte took place. Many visitors were interested in the stalls. Note the presence of the municipality of Sallèles-d'Aude represented by its mayor Yves Bastiè, the first deputy, Dominique Trille, and Claire Chaluleau and the municipality of Mirepeisset represented by its mayor, Fabienne Martinage.

Jackie Bonnet, one of the rare French sommeliers, came to taste the estate's production, which has won several awards. The exhibitors, all local, appreciated the atmosphere, warmth and welcome of the area. They will be ready to come back to participate in other events. They contributed to the free raffle.

Despite the wind and the cold, conviviality was present in the (heated) reception room.

Parents were able to take photos of the children with Santa under the beautiful decorated oak arch. The children's activities managed by the Corsa association kept the little ones busy while the adults visited the market or ate on site.

See you in 2025 for the estate's second market in the beautiful reception room and good mulled wine.

The free raffle prizes can be collected from January 2 at the estate.
