Yesterday Davide Nicola announced nine players in Cagliari’s lineup for tonight’s match in the Italian Cup against Juventus. The last two doubts concerned an evaluation of Mattia Felici and the choice in defense between Yerry Mina and Mateusz Wieteska: the former Feralpisalò does not start but there is Nadir Zortea, behind it is the Polish player’s turn.
For the rest, everything has already been communicated in the rossoblù, from the return of Simone Scuffet in goal (he hasn’t played since November 4th with Lazio) to the presence of Turin-born Gianluca Lapadula (he wore the black and white shirt for two years in the youth team). Also on the bench is the Primavera captain, Alessandro Vinciguerra, who is hoping for his professional debut. Bianconeri with a double surprise: Manuel Locatelli moves back to central defence, Weston McKennie will play left back.
These are the official Juventus-Cagliari line-ups: kick-off at 9pm, with referee Ermanno Feliciani from the Teramo section.
