In the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the latter reports North Korean victims on the front. For several weeks, 10,000 soldiers from Pyongyang have been deployed alongside Vladimir Putin's army in the Russian region of Kursk. According to Ukrainian intelligence services, at least thirty North Korean soldiers died or were injured at the front last weekend. They fought in several villages in the Kursk region, alongside Russian troops who also suffered significant losses. Ukrainian intelligence adds that Moscow had to bring new North Korean troops to the front to compensate for losses.
According to the same sources, language problems between soldiers are frequent. Eight Chechen fighters paid the price. Pyongyang soldiers opened fire on them and killed them. They had misunderstood the orders given to them.
