“Despite a context of falling production cost indicators, Savencia Fromage & Dairy reaffirms its support for producer organizations and cooperatives by revaluing agricultural raw materials for FMCG (consumer products) France 2025 by €5/1 000 liters,” announced the private dairy manufacturer in a press release dated December 11, 2024.
In the price formula, the share of PGC France will thus be valued at €506/1,000 liters from March 1, 2025. This is the “price of whole milk (excluding carbon premium) with a base price of 38/ 32 to 481 €/1,000 l,” specifies Savencia.
An increase following those of 2024
The private dairy underlines that “this new valuation comes after two increases decided in 2024 of €40/1,000 liters in February and €10/1,000 liters in July, i.e. a total increase of €50/1,000 liters”. In total, the average annual increase in 2025 in the valorization of agricultural raw materials will be €12/1,000 liters compared to 2024.
The group also announced in October the appearance of a “low-carbon milk” bonus of €4.5/1,000 liters for the billion liters purchased from the Agrial cooperative.
