After 2018, 2019 and 2023, the BallsportARENA, with a capacity of 2,700 seats, will host the Walter-Fritzsch Tournament for the fourth time, a cult tournament featuring traditional teams.
In addition to reigning champions and local favorites SG Dynamo Dresden, teams such as Borussia Dortmund, Hamburger SV, 1. FC Magdeburg, FC Erzgebirge Aue, Carl Zeiss Jena, FSV Zwickau and Chemnitzer FC will also participate. The matches will be supervised by long-time FIFA referee Bernd Heynemann, accompanied by two colleagues.
Fans can expect a varied tournament format. After a group stage in ’round-robin’ mode with two groups of four teams each, the two best teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals. Each match will last a compact ten minutes.
Ticket sales have already started. Tickets are priced at €19.90 (reduced to €14.90). Family ticket packages and VIP tickets are also available.

The BallsportARENA in Dresden is one of the most modern and exciting sports venues in Saxony.
