“It is in the hands of the police. I picked up his phone from his vehicle so I could make calls to his family. They broke the driver's side window, took him out of the car and then put him in another vehicle and took him away. By the time we got to them, the guys had moved. So, we looked in his vehicle, I saw his phone, I took it. It was just one pickup,” says this witness.
