It is an ultra-modern glass building on the banks of the Liffey, the river that runs through Dublin. TikTok has chosen the docks district, where most of the American tech giants are also located, to establish its European “HQ”. It's here, at 5e floor, that the subsidiary of the Chinese ByteDance opened its transparency center this fall, the fourth after those in Los Angeles, Washington and Singapore, which welcomed 1,000 visitors this year. A space designed as a “showroom” whose social network opens the doors to the international press for the first time.
