Like every year at this time, APRAM gives students specializing in IP the opportunity to shine. The taste for competition, the curiosity to delve deeper into a subject, the possibility of showcasing oneself to future employers and the lure of profit will be able to encourage the participation of volunteers in this new edition of the famous Prize.
For this 2025 vintage, the subject that the candidates will have to deal with is the following:
“Parodic or critical expression in intellectual property law – Candidates will endeavor to treat the subject in light of French and European case law”.

For the 2024 edition, the 5 winners of the APRAM 2024 Prize are:
