It was 5:12 p.m. when the firefighters were alerted. This Monday, November 25, 2024, a fire broke out in an apartment in the “Bayeux” building in Rouen (Seine-Maritime). Twenty firefighters and five engines were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters put out the flames with a fire hose.
